No stars after my husbands 35 th bday dinner was terrible! We brought 8 guest and spent a lot of $ only to leave with bad service and messed up orders and pay full price! We have dinned here many times and had a good experience but after this I have lost my taste for Ruth Chris! And the 8 guest who have never been before were not impressed! I even called to complain after and nothing was done! Not even an offer to make it better! Was told the district manger would call and no such luck! Thanks you won't see us anymore!
The atmosphere is great. Service was outstanding. The cowboy ribeye is a must have. My wife and I enjoyed the entire experience. Susan's service was over-the-top.
Between the old frat boys whooping it up at the table behind us and the Waffle House steak I was charged for and a reservation which was not honored extra 30 min while others were sat. Save your money very very disappointed. Actually left a note and email address at the bottom of our Ck with no response so we know managements feeling.
Absolutely spectacular. The Cowboy ribeye with blue cheese crust is the best steak known to man. Great food excellent service as well
