Took my mom for mother’s day. Bill was 265.00 and the service was horrendous. Waitresss dropped the first drink on the floor. Stepped on my husband and knocked into him and didn’t even acknowledge it. Then spilled the 3 theod drink on table and onto my moms lap. Barely checked on us. Service was great, steaks were Cooked just as we asked for, cheesecake as dessert was amazing. !!!
The food was excellent as always. This time we had exceptional service as well! Rusty did a wonderful job. We will definitely return to see Rusty!

There was no Valet in the designated area nor was he out parking a car. The hostess was not very professional and the waiter, Jack, was very condescending to me....I felt as though he treated ME that way because I was a woman. Sad to say, we only left 15% tip for him. I truly know it is hard to be a waiter, but treating me that way, was uncalled for. I'm not sure we will return again. My experience was perfect staff wonderful everything went well have been to Ruth Chris states always went above our expectations
Have eaten there many times and always thought you get what you pay for, but this time wasn't the case. All 3 steaks were cooked wrong, 2 were too rare and one over cooked!! Then the sides got cold and we had to ask for them to be reheated. It should have been automatic. On a side note, their drinks are over priced and not anything special. Too many other places to choose from for price you pay to go there. 😔
Company was in town for the global pet Expo. After a long week of working our booth this was a great way to end the week. My steak was amazing we and ordered many sides for the table and each one tasted perfect. Our server was on point!
