Very disappointed. We had a lunch reservation on Sunday to celebrate my birthday as well as my dad’s 80th. We had family come in from out of town for this occasion. When we arrived, it was to find a sign saying the restaurant was closed for a private party. I scrolled through my calls to discover someone called me 2 hours prior to our reservation to inform me of this. Obviously I missed the call. Amazing food and drinks, perfect location and our waiters and waitresses were awesome with our large and loud group.
Enjoyed the great service!
You can get a better and cheaper steak elsewhere!!!
Awesome steak and great drinks
You have to try the crab beignets if you like crab or crab cakes. They are soft and taste good. The pomegranate mojito was good if you like mojitos. It was sweet, bit it wasn't too sweet.
Bar area was a mess, Service was slow and inattentive. Out of Baked potatoes, how does that happen? Offered a substitute of sweet potatoes. Never delivered! Water glass remained empty during my entire dinner service. Wife and I left disappointed and annoyed. Not at all the service I have come to expect from Ruth's Chris. Maybe they were just having a bad night. I don't know but I will not be back to this location. Too many other unique choices on the River Walk.
