The service was awful, however the food was good. I can’t excuse the outrageously inattentive waitress. We had to involve the manager 3 times. There was only one other table, the rest of the indoor dining area was empty. The food was much too expensive for such horrible treatment. You can’t buy us off with a couple glasses of wine. Nice try Ruth’s Chris. I get better service at McDonald’s. I won’t be back to this restaurant in San Antonio Riverwalk.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner and the staff and food were fabulous! Thanks so much to our server Morgan fo everything, even taking a picture of us and giving it to us in a Ruth Chris frame!!
Not the best steak I’ve ever had at Ruth Chris’ and I’ve eaten at a LOT of their locations. The service was outstanding though!
Good service. Nice atmosphere. I had the chicken sandwich at the bar during happy hour. The fries were served cold but replaced upon my request. The bun dwarfed the chicken on the sandwich. I took it off the bun and ate it in 3-4 bites. I eat at Ruth Chris regularly for steaks. My opinion if your not going to serve something to your usual standards then take it off the menu.
Amazing dinner. Terrific service and the lobster mac and cheese is amazing.
Wonderful service and food. The valet service that is a part of the Hyatt Hotel is lacking though. Very rude and distracted while both arriving and departing. But the Ruth Chris’ Steakhouse restaurant downstairs was amazing. I had their Cosmo, lamb chops, mashed potatoes, and calamari and it was all amazing. I recommend going during their happy hour between 2:30-6 I think. Plus, it is right off of the river walk so you can easily walk the river from there.
