RecommendedThe food was very good, the hostesses acted like they did not enjoy their job. Wait staff was adequate. Preferred the ambiance of the old place and the wait staff at the old place was out standing. Missed James!

We just dined at the new Ruth's Chris Steak House location in the Arena district in Columbus. The atmosphere food & service were amazing. The only minor set back we encountered was that the steak we ordered medium was very well done. The Crab stack, salmon & kale with ham were perfection! We plan to come back!

Ruth Chris owes me nothing . I had a great server name Dustin . I liked how he was knowledgeable of the menu great suggestive selling and patient. Overall best experience from a steak house thus far !

The food is AWESOME. Ruth's Chris is my and my wife's favorite restaurant. While I can't say that we're "regulars," we are very loyal to RC. We try to visit several times a year, and we visit out-of-town locations whenever we get the chance while traveling. So glad one opened in Columbus again after a 3.5-year absence. Even though it's farther from our house than the old Crosswoods location, we really like the new facility. Everything is great, but we wish they'd bring back Chocolate Sin Cake on the everyday dessert menu.
