I recently took Ruthie's 1 day training on CBT for Pregnancy and the Postpartum Period and highly recommend it. She is down to earth, passionate, and genuine in her approach. Not to mention, super knowledgeable in treating this population. The information presented and materials to use are excellent, and she said we would be able to apply what we learned in our next session and she was right. Highly recommend this course!
