My son was 12 mins too late to be seen & they rescheduled cause he was 2 mins too late. I've waited in that office for over an hour before. Then when I called I was waiting for over 20 mins before I could speak with someone. Dr. Goode is a great doctor with my children, but everything else ruins it. I'm finding another doctor for my kids. & I called the customer care line to make a complaint.

I don't understand why my son can't be seen today or tomorrow ...These people acted like it was no big deal that my son has a fever of 103, complaining about his throat hurting and threw up on the way home from school.....SMH. Its time to find another doctor
I am furious with this practice! Would not ok for insurance purposes for my child to be seen at urgent care in mcdowell, wanted us to drive 45 minutes to another urgent care! My daughter possibly has broken hand! This will be reported to DHHS! Well we ended up taking her to er, no referral for that! You will never have my business!
