RecommendedOutstanding service! My car was fixed flawlessly and quickly. Dave was super helpful and patient while I was wrestling with insurance over my deductible. Taylor was always friendly and professional. I highly recommend this shop!
Great customer service, awesome mechanics, cleaned car and made it spotless, and the body work is perfect. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
By far the worst shop in central Ohio. I have seen cars that were painted and the paint didn't dry, misaligned body panels, one car had its gas tank fall out. This place is a train wreck
Worst service When you order lunch and have it delivered to your place for your employees make sure to tip your delivery person they are doing you a service.
Rude owner or manager, or whatever he is. He was working 9/17/2015 in the morning. I would not recommend this place.
Service sucks .they have a lady from grange insurance loves to come at you and scream at you
It's not often that I'm impressed with customer service these days. I have a 2004 Buick SUV that I am giving to my son which is in good condition. The front bumper was hit by another car resulting in the bumper not being secure. It was popped out slightly. I took it to Rutherford to see if something could be done without worrying about cosmetic repairs. We had taken cars for repair a number of years ago.
