Ruthann is a very polite and pleasant lady. She was the realtor for the owners of a house we bought. She did great by making sure the house was well kept and maintained while the owners lived several states away. There was an error with a inspector leaving the thermostat set to AC 60⁰ before we were given the keys. It's really hard to understand how she is still in business. And no wonder she works for herself and with nobody else, she's like an evil tyrant. I have bought and sold a bunch of properties in my life, for personal use and for investment purposes. Generally, honestly, I'm not a huge fan of the realty profession...too much of it is realtors who get commission for making an MLS listing and not doing much more. Ruthann is BY FAR the opposite end of that. She is without any competition the best realtor I've ever worked with.
