I have been going to this clinic for a little over a year now and I have nothing but constant issues the constantly reschedule my appointments at the last minute the doctors truly don’t care about any of my health concerns they just want you in and out as fast as possible I would definitely not recommend this clinic to anyone
I have insurance that could easily look it up but they're not going to let me get tested because I don't have a copy of my insurance card so great job guys.
I thought it was a good clinic until recently I have high blood pressure and I need my medication but for some reason I can't get my doctor to send a simple refill request to the pharmacy I'm out of my medication and no one is doing anything for me!!
Scheduled me for an appointment and even reminded me but did not have the courtesy to tell me that I had to be seen the same day at UMCNO because the clinic flooded.
