Our dinner check this evening was more than $250. My Filet came back "Medium rare" but was like shoe leather. No pink or red to be seen. No one checked for the longest time and when I showed the server the overcooked meet, their solution was to grab someone else's order to give me something to eat. The "manager" said, they'd put it back to cook it and I said it was already shoe leather, I wanted a medium rare center.
