Have always loved Ruth's Chris, but the Maui location doesn't live up to its reputation. Pricing is very different from mainland and the general manager of the Lahaina location didn't honor his employees commitments. Overcharged drastically and only options were to take this up with my credit card company or continue to dispute this with the general manager Jonathon Wascom who was clearly unconcerned with the customer service at his location.
Sign said 1/2 bottle off wine, and General Manager refused to honor that. Had no customer service skills. The money wasn’t an issue. It was the treatment received when explained the situation.
RecommendedSimply the best. I generally don’t do reviews but this was a great time, great service, great atmosphere. Food is always amazing.
We have been coming to Maui for Christmas since 2003 and Our Christmas dinner is served by the very best of the Island. The reason we go here is because they never miss the mark. Quality of food, service, and Hospitality, in there class they are the best. Thank you Ruth Chris for All that you do!!!

Very nice location and setting, friendly and caring staff. I would recommend to dine there during sunset, the view is really amazing. And the food, you can read that in the other reviews below. ;-)
