The young girl who sat us was very friendly. Even though we did not make a reservation ( we did not know we were going to eat there) and we looked like we just got off the boat (which we did. we just came off the Lanai Ferry) she accommodated us. Our waiter Aaron was very professional. We would go back to him again. Even the guy who came to pack our left overs was very friendly. I would definitely dine here again! Earl K. It was the most excellent dining experience I have ever had. We order two items that were out of stock, they felt so bad they comp'd us a round of drinks, round of champagne, and dessert! Waiter was Aaron, he was the most down to earth and honest person we have ever had wait on us. This company genuinely CARES for its customers, they want you to have the greatest dining experience of your life, and if they can't make that happen, it seems to physically hurt them. Food is good like it's supposed to be at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. We had dinner twice during our honeymoon in Lahaina.. Once for the Burn 'n Love show dinner package and on our last night in Maui. Our first visit the atmosphere was friendly and inviting (Weston was great) Tonight it was totally different. We sat in the bar but ended up having dinner. Service was lacking tonight. My husband Chris and celebrated our 11th Wedding Anniversary at this location last night. Dinner was amazing, steak was juicy & 500° plate along with the butter on the bottom just set the steak above all the rest. The flaming strawberries as a complementary dessert for our special occasion was a perfect ending to our meal.

The Staff! Jason (cutie) was so sweet and just perfect! The food, I mean amazing....I've never had a steak prepared that was like Candy to eat.....wonderful experience.
