I've eaten here frequently and love it! Their sweet potato app and creamed spinach are AMAZING! Last night was the first time my steak was overcooked (ordered medium, was well done), but they made it good for me. Econd time it came back kind of rare, but the plate cooked it to perfection.
Went for our anniversary dinner and our waitress was not attentive. I ordered a filet medium. It came out medium rare (gooey inside) so I sent it back. The table of 2 next to us sent both of their dinners back. This is a steakhouse how do you get steaks wrong ? Then they brought it back out and it was all charred on the outside. Epic fail. The restaurant is extremely dark, I needed a flashlight to read the menu. Enjoyed dinner with my husband....Did not enjoy our dinner.
The food was amazing. Seemed like our server was the only one working. She was tending bar, taking orders at tables, going into the kitchen. Other than that...DELICIOUS!
Service and food was exceptional. Had a great time, will visit again..
My birthday dinner.....excellent table birthday decorations.....well proportioned Caesar salad....fabulous 6 oz petit filet served with 3 jumbo shrimp, top of the line table/server and service.....WAY TOO delicious dessert that HAD to come home with us because we wanted to "relive our experience" at Ruth's Chris Steak House back at home.....WONDERFUL!!!!
