The service was VERY slow on Mother's Day. The Filet with Shrimp was perfectly cooked but the 16 ounce Ribeye was unevenly cooked. Overall I would have expected more because of how good my experience was in Austin, Tx.

And that's just what we experienced today at the Ruth's Chris in West Palm Beach. Many long-time "fine dining" chains have experienced a decline in quality and customer service in the last decade. I've never had a bad experience at a Ruth's Chris, and I eat there a lot considering my brother is a GM for Cincinnati. Last nights experience was especially good. Even though our server was new there, he was certainly not green. He had a lot of suggesting and explaining to do with our guest who had never eaten there before and he was above and beyond educated in the menu.
What outstanding service!!! The food was delicious! We highly recommend!!
