Went to Ruth’s Chris last night. The following occurred: 1. Asked for additional bread two times. Finally received bread. Waitress then removed it from the table without asking while there was still bread remaining. 2. Ordered bottled water because I don’t trust ILM water with the chemicals in it. Bus boy came by and refilled our glasses with tap water. We still had half a bottle of water on the table. Asked for new glasses twice. Received them at the end of our meal. The food was outstanding and amazing delicious. The only caveat is that we wait for the food for a long period of time, but was 4th of July that was full and they are busy

My husband surprised me with a reservation here to celebrate my first mother's day. We were less than pleased with our experiences. Our waiter didn't welcome us, or even wish me a happy mothers day (which isn't the end of the world) but didn't explain/remind us about how the steaks are cooked, how the menu works or anything else. Went to the Wilmington Location for the first time on my wife’s birthday to take her somewhere nice. Best decision I could of made the service was amazing. Morgan L. was our waitress I would highly recommend her she was the best server my wife and I have had. The food was amazing from the appetizer to the desert everything was amazing and delicious. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone and my wife and I will definitely be back.
