This place is the best! Best services, food, and place!
Arrived early for reservation but was seated immediately. Wait staff was somewhat inattentive requiring wait between greet - order - salad and entree - bill. Food was good. Ribeye was cooked well but a bit gristly. Filet w shrimp was solid. Sides were solid - the au gratin potatoes the highlight. First trip here. Was OK but not up to other Ruth Chris’ standards.
Dined in at the location in Cherokee, NC with my bestie Kenya Harrell. We had outstanding service and the food was great!!!! Just wanted to give a shout our to Brenda and Kristin for making our visit so nice. We will be back!! :-) :-) :-) Thanks Ruth's Chris Steak House for hiring an awesome group of people!!!
We went yesterday for Thanksgiving dinner we had steak .My steak was good not great but good my husband's was awful he had the ribeye that was cooked improperly had to send it back and still was bad for the price it should have been awesome my server was good But honestly could have done it better at home which is sad
Ruth's Chris is our go-to place for special occasion dining -- birthdays, anniversaries, Groundhog Day, Saturdays -- we just love the amazing food and the wonderful service!
