Made reservations for outside dinning. Literally sat outside for 20 mins with no service, no water no drinks no one even came to check on us. I had to call from outside to let the hostess who sat us know we had not been helped. She stated someone should be on their way to me. Of course no one came so after waiting over 30 minutes I walked inside to find a manager he was so nonchalant about the situation which was a good customer service to me, but I finally got a sever and he was great. I appreciate you guys being open during Covid-19 but I wish you guys would add the crispy Salmon with shrimp and the Ruth chop salad to the menu one week in dedication to us frontline health care works . Thanks 🙏🏽
Ruth's Chris sucks. Stealing money that was meant for REAL small businesses. GIVE BACK THE MONEY! By the way, I only went to a Ruth's Chris (Dupont Circle) once in my life, 35 years ago. Heaping portions of bland food is what I remember. In other words, the food was about as forgettable as my date. I mean, seriously, there are so many good, interesting places to eat in the DC or Baltimore area--why in the world would you settle for this place?
I love your food but I'm never going back. I love my ACTUAL small business more than your food and I'll have to use my own money to try and survive the shutdown since I got $0 to help me. That 20 million you got could've saved hundreds if not a couple thousand of actual small businesses like mine...... but I didn't make millions in profits so most of us small time good for nothing disposable people didn't get help.
At a time when small businesses are struggling to stay alive this greedy huge company had no problem taking money meant for small businesses. As much as I love thier food, I'm done. I have a bad taste for them now in my mouth
Stop going here. They, a public trading company, does not need bailout money. SMALL businesses need it. Let them know they are selfish and a bully. Let them know you don’t like what they did.
I will not patronize a money hungry greedy business who took funding they didn't need that could have helped many small business owner save their business. your lack of respect for your fellow countryman is truly sickening.
