My family & I went here to celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday and were extremely disappointed. Both the food and service, with the exception of Na Na, were terrible. To top it off, we were inexplicably overcharged about $300. While I love and frequent Ruth's Chris, I will not be returning to this location!!
Birthday dinner was terrible. Food quality has dropped terribly. Either under cooked or overcooked. Service was absolutely terrible. We complained and they did nothing to try to make it better then over charged our bill by $260. Will never be coming to this location again.
The atmosphere was a bit stuffy, the steak was cooked perfectly but I'm not sure if I'd go back. If the beef was grass raised and finished that's another story. But it is not. Good steak, but not the best.
The takeout service was horrible today. I ordered $270.00 for dinner and desserts for my husband's 50th birthday. They failed to include our salads and our desserts. When we called to complain they were resistant to offer some sort of recourse for their mistake.
My wife and I celebrated her birthday last night with a dinner at Ruth Chris in Pikesville . The fare was okay ( gumbo , mushroom caps , filet and NY strip ) . But that's it ....it was just okay . Same with service, as the waiter spent most of the night apologizing for forgetting items . Sorry , but you can save lots of money and get better service and food elsewhere.
