Customer service was impeccable! Food was a little slow coming. And everytime I ask for a medium well steak at Ruth's Chris, no matter the location, I always have to send it back because it comes out medium or medium rare. Hence the one less star. If they could get that right, they be on point!
Had a wonderful evening. Food was excellent, service, Steve was a delight. Looking foward to my next visit.
This was the best steak I have eaten in my many years. The crab cakes were 90% chunks of delectable real crab meat. My husband made a great choice for my birthday celebration after Guy gave him an incredible description of the food & dining experience. Also, our server Tim was extremely helpful and pleasant conversation that made me feel special.
