Was in Nashville for a work conference and needed a break from Broadway on my 5th night in town. Ruth Chris delivered in all ways! Relaxing atmosphere, great food, and excellent customer service from our bartender, Kim, and the GM, Guy took the time to check in on us and introduce himself.
Was having a great meal on mothers day when my final drink was delivered with a piece of steak in it. The management was advised and tried to rectify the situation but obviously that was a huge damper.
