Ms. Michelle is funny and clearly enjoys repairing jewelry! I loved my experience with her. She was very communicative and understood what I wanted fixed on one of my mother's bracelets she passed down to me. I am so happy I can wear it again, and it is even more beautiful than before. I am beyond grateful
