From the beginning to the end of my house search, Ruth and her team were very helpful and I am glad I went with them. Lauren was my realtor and it was a pleasure working with her. Yes. The poor reviews are correct. Extremely condescending, very entitled, snobby. Ruth is the kind of two faced agent you DO NOT want to work with. She pressures you. Thinks she knows better and will scoff at you if you disagree with her. Her pitch on how she wants an extra percentage point versus other agents for her work is one of those reverse psychology nonsense to make you think you’re missing out on some great secret if you don’t choose her.
