For patients who are not bedridden, the staff force the patient's to remain in bed. If the patient can eat when they come in, the Physician will decide eating is now "dangerous for the patient". This is despite the patient crying that she is being "starved and knew she had not been fed in 3 days". Her head is always in the bedrails and not being turned every 2 hours.
