This is THE WORST pet store in the valley!!! From the ghetto thug manager to the owner who is SO miserable, (according to all his employees) he sits at his house up in the hills and watches the parking lot to see what cars to tow. God forbid you shop at his store & need to stop by next door to pick up something. Your car WILL BE GONE. No wonder they tell the customers that the owner is a real “F’in Parking Nazi.” They sell defective products refuse to do returns and give you attitude.
