Actually we ended up buying this Highlander. Had a pleasant experience with the salesperson and the dealership so it was a win win. We traded in our Toyota Avalon hybrid
I would be careful dealing with this dealership after several conversations via email text message and a phone call. I made my way. I took 2 days off I rented a car and I drove from Maine down to Tennessee to buy this truck after getting there, the truck was not what I wanted. I especially asked several times If this was a crew cap short bed truck was assured before driving all the way to Tennessee from Maine that it was a short bed. Standard bed pick up truck. good dealership and called me several time
I've got to say I almost feel bad for not buying a vehicle at this location. Trista was very friendly in our emails / texts. The only reason we did not buy a vehicle here was because we found a similar vehicle closer. I have no doubt this would have been a great purchase.
They were very nice and helpful although the car that was on car gurus wasn't there. They did show me some other cars and the salesman Samuel was very thorough.
