Rusty walked us through the process of selling the house we had lived in for over 30 years. He was extremely responsive to the smallest question I might text to him. He was very encouraging when it took a while for our house to sell. (market timing, not anything he had control over) We were just completely satisfied about the whole process with Rusty and felt we were in good hands during the whole period. If we ever had another house in the area and wanted to sell it, I know who I would call.

Rusty is very knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate business. He made it extremely easy for me trying to coordinate purchasing a new house and selling my old home at the same time. He also put me into a position where I was able to net an above average market value profit on my home. Rusty is a real go getter in this business and he works very hard for his customers.

Rusty was our listing agent. At the time we were his 2nd lowest price home he had listed. He never once made us feel unimportant or neglected. He was always available, even while on vacation in Italy. He was always responsive and has earned not only my business but the business of my friends based on our experience.
