Rusty provided an exceptional experience selling my grandmother's home, where I felt I was almost 100% hands off. What stood out the most was his extreme level of care and thoroughness in helping resolve an issue with the closing attorney. While I cannot recommend Blair, Cato as a closing attorney, I would highly recommend using Rusty.
