After living at Rusty Hollow for almost 6 years, I can honestly say I enjoyed my time there. It is apartment living but it’s about as good as you can get. Clean, updated apartments with ample storage space and even a little balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It was great spending my mornings sitting out there with my coffee and watching the deer and birds. I also can’t forget to mention easy access to the Montour Trail. I enjoyed my time there. Clean, renovated, and quiet apartments. Close to the Montour Trail. The place is great for those who like running, walking, and riding a bike. Love it. Service is really responsive and polite. Reese, I appreciate you for everything.
Rusty Hollow is fantastic! The apartment complex is very quiet, the most noise I ever heard was from the trash truck. The units have the perfect amount of living space, LOTS of storage and big closets. You’re right by the Montour Trail and will inevitably see wildlife outside the apartment which was a positive for me. Reese the property manager is amazing. He responds quickly to text messages and the two maintenance problems I had (needed a new handle on the toilet and lightbulb in the kitchen needed replaced) both were take... read more
My time living here and the exceptional level of service Reese provides to all of his tenants is top-notch. These apartments are beautifully renovated, great amount of parking, quiet and private, along the Montour Trail. Thank you, Reese!
