I hired Rusty Harrod Construction in September 2016 to do a small ($1,575) drainage correction project in my side yard. Although I showed him where the property line was, his Bobcat got over into my neighbor's yard, damaging his turf and irrigation system. I immediately had this repaired ($300) and asked Mr. Harrod to reimburse me. Although he has promised numerous times to cover this, he never has, so I am stuck with this additional cost. I caution anyone looking for excavation work to avoid Rusty Harrod Construction.
