****update September 7, Ruston installed our blue ox weight distribution hitch incorrectly, one arm was almost a full inch further back than the other, the reason, seemingly they were too lazy to remove metal plate that wasn't being used, this metal plate interfered with the operation of the hitch release bracket, the solution , just move it back a bit, not tell anyone, and hope for the best. From the first call (picked up by a really pleasant gentleman in service, whose name I forgot to ask for), to our pick up day, Matt, Donna and Dan were incredible!
