We've been buying our rugs exclusively from Rustigian's since the early 90's. We're repeat customers -- Roz the owner has a great eye and the merch is priced right. Gotta love a rug merchant you can trust.

Rudest salespeople I've ever encountered. My husband and I came in with a rug that needed to be cleaned. At least THREE sales people looked up as we came through the door, gave us a once over, then immediately looked back down. No one greeted us. No one offered to help us or asked us what we wanted. We literally stood in the middle of the showroom for several minutes while everyone ignored us.
