I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had. We had a difficult 1800's curved staircase. The showroom has so many samples and the customer service was wonderful. I highly recommend Rustigian Rugs for all cleaning and repair work. I bought this rug 30 years ago from Rustigian Rug and have always brought it them for cleaning. I picked it up yesterday and the results were amazing. After numerous dog and cat messes, muddy boots and general use it looks like the day I bought it.
