Customer service was EXCELLENT at the point of sale. I worked with Noah, and he was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. However, once they’ve got your money, it’s downhill from there. My tile arrived on a badly designed pallet that itself broke into pieces in transit. I lost around 25% of my tiles due to damage… not tiny cracks or imperfections, but literal crumbs of tile all over my driveway upon delivery. Stay away! I ordered and paid for a sample of red Saltillo tiles and then ordered 1100 tiles based on the sample from them for delivery in California. The tiles I received were completely different than the sample. The sample's color was baked in while the actual delivered tiles were clearly painted red. The tiles have a manufacturing defect with blisters and are peeling. Customer support gave me the run around telling me it is natural for the tiles to have one or two small holes. I had the pleasure of working with Melanie for my Saltillo tile floor. After much research I was so relieved to find Rustico! Their knowledge of this unique tile is by FAR the best available. Saltillo is a bit tricky and they are THE EXPERTS. Don't call anyone else. They are it.
