Each year, we have our anniversary dinner at Rustico Italiano...the sweetest and most deliiiiiiicious local restaurant. (Last evening we celebrated with grilled calamari stuffed with lobster and shrimp, tenderized veal parmigiana on the bone, flank steak with homemade rigatoni, homemade pistachio cheesecake, homemade limoncello.) Very authentic Italian food.
My girlfriend an I had dinner there last night. We did not have reservations, but were seated outside, which was lovely, even when the rain started as it was fun people watching. The food and the service were both exceptional. And not to forget, so was the wine list. We will definitely go back.
The very finest Italian food I’ve eaten since leaving the north east, and the wine selection is second to none. You have to ask about the RS wine collection...Unbelievable!!
