We were seated later than our 6:30 reservation due to another party but the restaurant made up for it. Upon seating they thanked us several times for being patient and immediately had a couple of appetizers delivered the table on the house. Everyone at the table raved about their entrees. Rustica in Silverleaf absolutely blew us away. As a vegan family, eating at a restaurant that doesn’t have a vegan menu can sometimes be a gamble, but the chef went completely above and beyond to accommodate us. Instead of simply modifying one or two dishes, the chef created an entire array of off-menu vegan dishes specifically for our family. Where do I start… I’m in town visiting some friends celebrating my birthday, and wow. This is such a hidden gem. Kristen was phenomenal, she went in depth on the history of the restaurant and all the star dishes on the menu. We order a couple apps, full entrees, a dessert or two, and some drinks to complement the experience. All the food is made with love, I’m talking legit love. OMG! Kristen is an absolute star! Her knowledge about the menus was beyond. She described everything perfectly. Just having her created a must come experience. Our party tried several apps and dishes. I would personally recommend the scallop ravioli as a starter, and the scallop entree for your main. To perfectly cook a scallop tj where it is so tender and melts in your mouth is masterful. The composition of each dish balance perfectly. Every note was hit! You’ve got to try this place!
