Grandparents don't have Facebook so asked me to write a review on the poor and nearly non existent customer service at your store.... They drove all the way from Richland to shop and upon entry received a half hearted hello and then zero interaction for the remainder of their stay which they said was around 30 minutes. We just left Rustic Timbers. We came to purchase a couch & recliner. Walked in No One came out to greet us. SOMEONE was on the phone. We waited , this person made several more calls, still service no service. Unbelievable!! Very very disappointed!

This place was really neat, we were looking for things to furnish our cabin with and boy did they have the goods. The owner was there and he was super nice and extremely friendly, if you need rustic decor I HIGHLY suggest going here
Just received our end tables and I must say the quality and price can not be beaten, the professionalism and assistance that the staff gave us while we looked at the merchandise was refreshing. We will be purchasing more in the future.
