Love to visit rustic bakery when in the bay area. I can get product in Pennsylvania. I do have a concern....I like the chocolate cacao nib shortbread but the box shows 12 cookies. Box only contains 9 cookies and 25% air!!!
I've been a fan of Rustic Bakery. The flatbread Olive oil and sel Gris is, rather was, my favorite. What on earth have you done??? The texture and appearance is completely changed and no longer looks artisan but more like mass produced. The crunch and mouth feel is entirely changed. So sad. It wasn't "broke" why did you feel the need to "fix" it?

I have been going to Rustic in Larkspur for years and have loved it...but lately it seems to be going downhill. My friends know how much I liked it there and they often want to take me there. The last two times that I visited were not very pleasant. I had oatmeal and it was disgusting. It looked like mush and that was not so bad but it smelled liked the oatmeal was burned.
