The Novato Rustic Bakery is a favorite of mine in town. The food and cappuccinos Are always delicious. More importantly, I love the staff and the atmosphere they create fir customers. Chris, the manager, sets the tone. He is the best. I also want to give a shout out to Cathy, Sandy, Angie, Alondra, and Quentin. They make me smile every day when I go in. Thanks.
Dishonest about ingredients. I purchased their cookies from a grocery store and the word "organic" was used 3 times on a folksy little note from the owners proclaiming their honesty and integrity. I called corporate office and was told cookies were organic, until I pressed further and they admitted they were not.
Worst fruitcake ever. Whole Foods should not be carrying it. Extremely disappointing, no place on website to email for complaints.

Rustic Bakery in Novato. Very good food and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly servers. I had a lovely lunch sitting outdoors enjoying my baguette with ham and Brie along with an iced latte. My husband, who usually does not like sandwiches, said his Rustic club sandwich was excellent.
The staff at Rustic Bakery in Tiburon were amazing! They made the cutest bear face on my daughter’s hot chocolate.
