Owner is a good guy, helped me get my classic BMW back on the road after being parked for 28 years. Always been quick to respond with inquires and provide helpful information.
Jr. was incredibly knowledgeable and went through the whole insurance process to us. After a month we still hadn't had any information from our own insurance advisor. My daughters car was given a salvage title after someone hit her car changing into her lane. It needed an inspection after it was repaired to get it legally registered with a rebuilt title. I am so incredibly grateful for the speed and quality of service we received at Rustee's. Not only was the work completed very timely but we were provided regular updates on the work being completed. The prices for the parts and labor were incredibly fair. They were able to get my son's car completed ahead of the timeline we expected which was a big stress relief on a long weekend with me away the following week for work travel.
