By far the worst hospital experience I've ever had. My daughter and I waited over 7 hours before we were even seen by anyone. Throughout that time, no one checked on us or kept us informed about what was going on. It was obvious they didn't have enough providers for the number of patients they were trying to care for. Patients were left sitting in the waiting room for hours, only to be taken to the back and wait even longer. Great staff, wonderful Doctors.
In December 2024 my daughter had a surgery at this location, after the surgery was complete she was handed to me still never much coming out of Anastasia and we were escorted to my car and told “by have a good day” . After my child has received other surgery’s other companies I figured out that’s not normal and actually heartless. December 2025 rolls around they want to do another surgery and this time tells me less than 12 hours before that they have had a few deaths happen in there care of children passing away on there wa... read more
