RecommendedAnytime anyone has a wreck it's bad ordeal. But from the second I walked in the door Russoms was so awesome! They are ALL so courteous and kind! nothing but a smile! they called me with updates and text them! Also explained everything to me and never left anything out. They discussed everything with State Farm and I never had to take care of anything besides dropping off and picking up! They are fast and the work is great! very professional place and I will for sure be using them again in the future!

My wife recently had to have some minor body work done to her Tahoe. Passenger side rear bumper was damaged in a fender bender. Russom’s examined the damage and ordered the parts. Within a week of the parts coming in we were back in the vehicle, and it looked better than it did before the damage. Also they walk you through everything they did, as well as giving you a detailed work order outlining all they did to your vehicle. Very clean, and inviting waiting area too. I will use them again.

I recently had my car repaired at Russom's Carstar. The insurance adjuster said the damage was very near to being total. They repaired the car in a very short time & it looks perfect! We could not be more pleased with the people we dealt with there & with the work they did. Our car looks brand new. If you have the misfortune of having your car damaged in any way, this is definitely the place to go!
They do excellent work and their customer service is impeccable
Very good bodyshop. Easy to deal with and the repairs look great. Can't tell there was ever damage. Would highly recommend.
