First and foremost, I am extremely disappointed that the front of house staff that assisted me in replacing a flat tire were very helpful and are managed by such incredibly incompetent individuals. I replaced a tire with Russo Tires on October 28th, 2022, of which was from a newer vehicle that did not contain a spare tire. Decepcionante... tengo 16 años viviendo en Doral y es en el único Tires Store de Miami que se han negado 2 veces a ponerle un poco de aire al caucho “política de la compañía “.... tanto así que los muchachos te dicen asustados y apenados de que deben preguntar “si los dejan. OJO! Son su superiores a quienes me estoy dirigiendo. Estas son las cosas por las que me da pena decir SOY VENEZOLANA!

Espere una hora para que me revisaran los frenos y luego me salieron con tardaban mas o menos 4 hrs. Y que si podia para el dia siguiente. No los recomiendo.
