Absolutely disgusting customer service. I went to the front door expecting to speak with the woman at the front desk. She wouldn’t even open the door to speak to me. She preferred to leave the door locked and ask me what I wanted through the door. As an active real estate investor, this is an absolute DISGRACE. That woman just left $10k+ on the door simply because she refused to give at least a basic service. I DO NOT recommend this place.
Just had a great a great experience with Russo Roofing. Bruce did an excellent job estimating the job and keeping me informed. Pat and his crew were top notch all around. Their attention to detail is unmatched! Would absolutely recommend Russo Roofing to anyone.

Great company and great owner. Tony is amazing. On time, fairly priced, high quality work. I feel it's very important to use a company that has been around and will be around when purchasing a product like roofing. If you have a problem in 5 years and you used the "cheap" fly by night company, good luck finding them to fix your issue. Russo has been around forever. Same phone number, same family. Everyone I recommended them to thanks me when the job is done. They are the premier roofing company in Nee Haven county.
