placed an order over the internet. order went through and took my money. email next day returning my money we are out of that motor. after going back and forth with on line people they told me that I should re do the order, which I did and now the free shipping went to 250.00 for shipping, can anyone here see the problem. going to put in a call to the BBB and the attorney general let them see Russo's adds which they change at their discretion. didn't buy from them , purchased the motor cheaper at another shop that doesn't ch... read more
I have a snowblower that has not been used in years...brought it to the Toro dealer and was told it would be 5-7 weeks to have it serviced....I brought it to Russo's yesterday and was told it would be a week or 1 1/2 weeks but they would try and get to it sooner. Today (next day) I got a call that is was ready....super nice people and GREAT service
