Excellent customer service at Russo Equipment. I'm so grateful for this store existing near me. They fixed my 10 year old weed eater for less than 25% of what it would have cost to replace it and it works like new. Everyone is helpful and polite and the store has an excellent selection of products and parts. This is the go to place for anyone that does any outdoor work.

Updated: It sucks that it took leaving a review to get things moving, BUT I got a call right away that the mower is done and ready to be dropped off. I appreciate businesses that take feedback well. Thank you for correcting the issue. Communication is a wonderful thing. Picked up my mower on Monday for potential warranty work. It's now Thursday, never got a call. Called in to find out they had to order the part and would be 5-7 business days. Would've been nice to communicate that...
