Sadly, I have to say: think twice before taking your machinery in for service! The service is very poor. I brought my machine in while it was still running, and after four weeks, they hadn't fixed the main issue; they charged me for a repair I hadn't asked for, yet the problem remained. Excellent customer service at Russo Equipment. I'm so grateful for this store existing near me. They fixed my 10 year old weed eater for less than 25% of what it would have cost to replace it and it works like new. Everyone is helpful and polite and the store has an excellent selection of products and parts. This is the go to place for anyone that does any outdoor work.
