Don't bother asking questions about what he's doing and why- this doctor's fragile ego can't handle it and will refuse to treat you. I asked why a crown was recommended over a veneer that I had had previously (other than the extra 200.00 it would cost me) and he sent in his receptionist to say he wouldn't treat me.
