This is a REAL bath house for those that need intense HEAT. It is not for those that want to be pampered in posh settings. I've been going consistently for 10 years and there is nothing like it anywhere. BOOM SHANTI
The Russian Turkish baths offer hydrotherapy which is fun, healthy and inexpensive. There are many kinds of saunas, steam rooms and showers, there are cold water tanks and a hot salt water jacuzzi that's awesome. You can go to the pool and the beach as well.
This is my 3rd year going there, I love � it every time ! A place where mind and body can relax and your batteries get charged back up to 100% also probably the last place in Miami where you can eat drink and relax a whole day under $100 ! I highly recommend it ! Ps: the beach front is pretty awesome and secluded;) ... see what I did there ;) ... See you guys next week ��
I'm as relaxed as a Hindu cow after that experience!!
