Difficult to deal with. The company sends it's managers to the house to complain about things that are not the fault of said renters but either neighbors or the management themselves. Does not listen to reason when presented with facts or proof of it not being renters fault. Does not work on getting second trash can due to overflow from fellow neighbor renters in upstairs apartments.
