Wendy Rushing was incredible from start to finish. I had to sell my parents’ home during a really difficult time, and I was doing it from over 1000 miles away. Let a roommate leave the lease without contacting me, the “main” person on the lease know. They left with absolutely no penalties and now I’m suffering the consequences due to their negligence. This company is unwilling to work with me at all because they’re part of a much larger corporation. I’m expected to pay for the damages done by the roommate who ran away
