Dr Russian would be greatly helped by lessons in caring and compassion. He made me drive 40 minutes to see him and then canceled to my face. I asked if he could please reconsider, due to the fact that I have a non-functioning bipap that I cannot replace without seeing a sleep doctor. It is literally damaging my health. He made a point to tell me that he is the only sleep care doctor for WWMG and I would have to schedule with a doctor outside of WWMG. He is the CEO of WWMG.
